I think that the majority of those still on public/free blog hosts fall into two categories: 1) Those who started off on the free blog host and don't actually know how to move to a self hosted solution. 2) Those who have not realized the full potential of what a blog can do for their business and couldn't be bothered learning how to move. I think there's opportunity in both. It’s a good point you raise and an important one. I think that the majority of those still on public/free blog hosts fall into two categories:
